Jeffrey Luciano

BROKER

Hello, I’m Jeff.  Nice to meet you!

I’ve been a Realtor for twelve years now.  I’d say that makes me seem old, except it’s probably more my disdain for kids these days and their electro hop hip music.  I was licensed as a Sales Representative in 2010 and in 2019 I received my Broker designation.

While I’ve been a full-time, licensed Realtor since 2010, I have worked in real estate since 1993, beginning as a shareholder in a residential care company. The company evolved over time into Resirental, a real estate investment company focused on residential income properties.  I remain a partner in the company and regularly use the experience I’ve gained there to help my real estate clients buy and sell investment properties.

As a Realtor, I work for Keller Williams Advantage, part of Keller Williams, the largest real estate company in the world.  I joined KW because of the amazing training and education and I’ve stayed because of the high calibre of agents I work with here.  Our company is heavily invested in technology and I’m excited about continuing to improve the way in which we service clients using technology.  I’ve served as Broker of Record for KW Advantage in the past, helping support our agents and develop and implement systems to make sure what we do is done properly!

In 2017 I launched the Refined Real Estate Team, putting into practice years of work on how to best achieve the results my clients need.  We are a full-service real estate team within KW Advantage, working with buyers, sellers and investors in the GTA.

Here’s a few other things you might want to know about me.

  • I have an undergraduate degree in Sociology (Honours Bachelor of Arts) from McMaster University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto (Rotman School of Management).
  • I spent six years as a volunteer on the Board of Directors of the University of Toronto Alumni Association, where I focused on community engagement.
  • I volunteer on the Toronto Real Estate Board Government Relations Committee and in 2021/22, I served as Chair of the Housing Affordability Sub-Committee.
  • Due to a couple of student exchanges in Germany, I speak German reasonably well. I studied French as well, though that is a bit rusty.  Despite my Italian last name, I don’t speak Italian and people get pretty confused when I offer German or French instead.

Below are some of my focus areas and specialties.

  • Income Properties

  • Commercial Retail Properties

  • Real Estate Market Trends

  • Luxury Homes ($2M to $5M)
